At today’s meeting, the Board of Supervisors approved a proclamation declaring June 2024 as “All Dads Matter Month.” As part of the item, Lamar Henderson with the Merced County Human Services Agency’s All Dads Matter program highlighted the benefits of the agency’s fatherhood programs and the special role that fathers have in the lives of their children.
The All Dads Matter program offers support, encouragement, and education to the fathers of our community with a goal of ensuring that every child has the opportunity to have a capable and caring father.
