The latter half of Proverbs 11:30 says, “…he that wins souls is wise.” Why do I bring this up? Because on the surface it seems like the devil is winning with the break down of God’s order for his creation, especially the church and the family unit.
First let me share some scripture from the book of Proverbs that explain what’s going on in the world. Proverbs 14:34 reads, “Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach (disgrace) to any people.” And 28:2 states, “When there is moral rot within a nation, its government topples easily.”
I believe that God has raised up America to use its inventions and ingenuity to spread the gospel all over the world. I believe he even used the United States along with Great Britain in rebuilding and rebirthing and nurturing Israel in May 14, 1948. Remember the Abrahamic covenant in Genesis 12:3, “And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. Our countries faith and all others as well are tied to how we treat Israel; God’s chosen people. (Deuteronomy 7:6-9)
Dr. Dave Reagan, founder of Lamb and Lion ministries at their annual conference in June of 2023 reported the following: Money has become the god of America; greed is our competitive motivator; sex has become America’s obsession; gambling our national past time; we are the world’s largest consumer of illegal drugs. This is directly related to our homeless problem. He went on to share that we have kicked God out of our schools. We have converted our public education system into a vehicle of sexual confusion and indoctrination and the LGBQT lifestyle as right (not tolerable) We call evil good with the insanity of confusing our children’s sexual identity. We have glamorized homosexuality. And we have declared God off limits in the public arena. And we have legalized same sex marriage. The United States is the leading spreader of pornography and children sex trafficking.
God told Isaiah in chapter 5 to list the sins of Judah. Our country is guilty of these same sins. The sins the prophet listed were: injustice; greed; blasphemy, moral perversion, intellectual pride; and political corruption. God asked the prophet to list the sins too.
He listed the same sins in Jeremiah chapter 5 and added religious corruption to them.
Sounds familiar? Jeremiah reported in 5:23 that, “But this people hath a revolting and rebellious heart; they are revolted and gone. Doesn’t our society seem the same way?
God always gives a nation a warning before he starts judgments. He has in the past few years given us Franklin Graham, (son of Billy Graham), messianic Rabbi, Johnathan Cahn, and Dr. Dave Reagan, us to name a few.
God has now removed his hedge of protection from off our nation because not only have we turned from God, but the counter culture is simply rebellious against his standards of morality. We see God’s pattern of remedial judgments in the recent weather storms; regional floods, out of control wild fires (all over the planet), wars and rumors of more wars; increased number of earthquakes that will increase in intensity and in diverse places, pandemics, inflation, troubles at our border, lawlessness and violence, and a shift if global political power. America is living on borrowed time and not responding in a repentant manner.
The decline from a Godly society in America was shared by Dr. Reagan from former supreme court justice, Robert Bork’s book which reported America’s fall from grace.
from 1607-1833 Bible based ruled our culture; (236 years); from 1833-1918 still predominantly influenced by the Bible (85 years); 1918-1968 the church was a sub dominant force in America (50 years); 1968-1998 a sub culture (20 years); 1998-2008 an antithetical culture against the Bible (10 years) Since 2008 Christians are being persecuted for following the Bible.
The latest trend based on polls since l956 reveal: in l956, 91% of American claim to be Christian. Now only 61% of Americans claim to be Christian. In 1956, 63% of American went to church weekly. Now it’s down to only 16% of Americans go to church weekly, and only 31 percent go monthly.
Recently, in 2021, congressman Greg Steube stood up in congress sharing his opposition against legislation endorsing transgenderism. He was over ruled by chairman of the House Judiciary committee, congressman Jerry Nadler of New York who stated, “What any religious tradition describes are God’s will is no concern of this congress.”
Since 1962 we have kicked God out of our schools, In l972 we had legalized abortions. But recently the supreme court reversed that decision. An article that appeared in the Los Angeles time that Dr. Reagan with us stated that,,,:The organic sexualization is a progressive force for good, one that is associated with improved human rights, more protection for planet earth and an increased socio-cultural propensity to make this life as fair and just as we can in the here and now, rather than in a heavenly reward that fewer and fewer of us believe in.”
This L.A. Times article is a fulfilment of the ancient prophet Isaiah who wrote in Isaiah 5:20, over 2500 hundred years ago, “Woe unto them that call evil good and good evil; that put darkness for light and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter.” It’s also like a fulfilment of the Apostle Paul’s letter to the Romans when he wrote In Romans 1:25, “Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator,” (God)
The majority of the planet’s population refuses to repent and seek God’s truth. They love pleasures more than God. They won’t understand until after the Rapture, when Jesus comes in the sky and takes his church, his bride from the face of the earth. (I Thessalonians 4:16-17 & I Corinthians 15:50-52)
After the church is gone, then those left behind will realize that the Bible is true after all. Because then the antichrist will be revealed and usher in the New World Order and force all those left behind to worship him. Revelation 13:16-17 explains, “And he
causeth all both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their forehead. And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the number of his name.” Those who don’t comply will be killed; man of them beheaded in the manner of the Islamic extremist.
So, our witnessing to those now won’t be in vain. Those who refuse to accept the mark and accept Jesus Christ will be killed for their refusal to worship the antichrist, also called the Beast. The Bible further mentions in Revelation that those will cry out at the throne room of God in heaven. Revelation 6:10 states, “And they cried out with a loud voice, saying, How long O Lord, holy and true doest thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that swell on the earth.” So, keep witnessing and standing on the Word of God. You may not see the results you desire until you see them again in heaven. Something to think about!
